Eventum Orthopaedics was founded in 2020 in Leeds, UK
our mission is to deliver accessible innovation designed to improve patient outcomes
our innovative device provides
real-time intraoperative data,
allowing surgeons to make key
decisions for better outcomes
Clinical evaluation using Quadsense shows intraoperative patellofemoral loads vary across all surgeons, regardless of their chosen technique
In approximately 33% of cases, the TKR load increased by over 50% compared to the Native “Natural”
Quadsense provides real-time intraoperative data, enabling surgeons to optimise patellar loading.
In September 2024, Quadsense received 510K clearance from the FDA
Quadsense has one patent granted with three more pending including a US process
We’re creating Datasense, a data analysis tool that helps surgeons improve patient care by using preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data to make better, more informed decisions for Total Knee Arthroplasty
We're quietly starting a med-tech revolution in the heart of Yorkshire
Our first product, Quadsense, is designed to support surgeons in optimising patient recovery and surgical success in knee arthroplasty procedures.
The name Eventum comes from the Latin noun for “outcome,” reflecting our commitment to advancing patient care, and why our guiding principle is to deliver accessible innovation that improves patient outcomes, helping healthcare providers achieve the triple aim—enhancing the patient experience, improving population health, and ultimately reducing healthcare costs.
The solution? We believe that the key to improving success rates is a greater focus on the positioning of the kneecap, which plays a significant role in the overall function of the knee.
